Augmenter Votre Sytème Immunitaire Avec Ce Thé



It's super cold and a lot of people are getting sick, with colds, flu, fever, viruses, etc...

The most important thing to do is to increase our immune system. Our body has its natural immunity and although there are vaccines and others, our natural immunity is the most reliable and has no side effects.


I often get asked what to do to maintain a strong immune system, especially during cold and flu season. Aside from having clean bowels one of my go-to health products is this elderberry tea which breaks the cold and boosts the immune system.

Elderberries are a powerful antioxidant with effective anti-inflammatory properties.


It has been shown to elevate the immune system to keep the flu at bay, and if it's too late, elderberries can reduce the severity and duration of a cold.


Ingredients :

6 cups distilled water

3 tablespoons dried elderberries

2 cinnamon sticks

4 cloves

2 tablespoons Irish moss gel

1' fresh ginger, sliced

Organic honey to taste

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients, except the sugar in the container on the fire

Place over medium heat and once boiling, cover and reduce heat to low.

Simmer for at least 30 minutes up to 1 hour

Strain the tea through a strainer and enjoy. Place any leftover tea in a mason jar and refrigerate for up to a week.
