I am sharing with you this delicious gravy that you can use on your turkey, or over your salad. I make about 2 1/2 cups.
Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil (olive, sesame, or avocado),
1/3 cup chopped onion
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup of your flour of choice (I love chickpea flour)
4 teaspoons nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons soy sauce Bragg’s Amino Acid)
2 cups vegetable broth( I love the homemade one)
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
2. Sauté your onion and garlic until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in flour, nutritional yeast, and soy sauce to form a smooth paste.
4. Gradually whisk in the broth.
5. Season with sage, salt, and pepper.
6. Bring to a boil.
7. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened.
8. Add some love to eat because love brings life everywhere.
